REVO SX – Multiple Solid State Relay

The REVO SX is a multi-channel solid-state relay designed for efficient and precise power control in industrial heating applications. It is available in different configurations to suit various load requirements.
The low-power version, with currents from 3.5A to 7A, is ideal for multi-zone heating systems, such as plastic processing, packaging, and food industry applications. With a compact design and DIN rail or panel mounting options, it ensures easy installation even in limited spaces. Zero-crossing switching technology minimizes electrical noise, while LED indicators provide clear status and fault monitoring.
For higher power demands, the REVO SX is available in versions from 50A to 90A, with two or three independent channels. This makes it well-suited for industrial furnaces, glass processing, and thermoforming. The integration of fuses and thyristors into a single module enhances reliability and reduces overall space requirements. Additionally, it can be combined with the REVO PC series for advanced power synchronization, communication, and diagnostics, optimizing energy efficiency and process control.
