CD Automation products are the optimal choice for handling the most common types of resistors
Air heating resistors:
Electric ducts heaters, anticondensation heaters, explosion proof fan heater / unit heater Ex
Resistors for heating gas and process fluids:
Flange heaters, standard exchangers, cast aluminium heaters, water/oil bath heaters, electric evaporator
Liquid heaters:
Screw plug heaters, flange immersion heaters, monotube cartridge heating elements
Heaters for Plastic Applications:
Hot runner heaters, coil and mini coil heaters, injection molding heaters, band heaters, cartridge heaters, strip heaters, flat heaters
The isolated MgO type heating elements, if not used for a long period of time (or if left in storage for a long period), can absorb humidity. If maximum power is applied to the elements, excessive current can damage them or blow fuses to protect the unit. With the BAKEOUT function present on the new REVO C 1PH and 3PH it is possible to start the ignition gradually, so as to remove the humidity present on the heater and avoid damage.
